Throughout my mid 30’s struggled with anxiety and depression. In my mid 40’s discovered meditation and the type of meditation that I discovered is called Vipassana. Although know I have attempted many types of meditation, this one was unique, and truly resonated with me. It is important to try various types of meditation so that you can find the one that is perfect for you. Yet, I do recommend that every human try Vipassana at least once in their lives. 

Exploring diverse meditation techniques is vital to finding your fit. While I encourage trying different approaches, Vipassana holds a unique place in my heart, an experience I recommend for everyone.

About Wendy

I have struggled with depression and anxiety most of my life. Yet as an adult, I could not identify how I was feeling due to being too many people at one time; mother, daughter, provider, employee, cleaner, cook, caretaker, advisor. I had to re-discover who I was, which took me down the road of discovery: Reiki (3rd level); Cranial Sacral (CSTS1); Meditation. All these took me down another path of becoming an Empowerment Strategist (in training), NLP Practitioner, Time Line TherapyTM Practitioner, Hypnotherapist.
